Bag-type air filter
Bag type air filter is an air filter whose core component is a filter bag, usually made of high-performance fiber materials such as polyester, polypropylene, etc. These materials have good filtration performance and corrosion resistance, and can adapt to various harsh industrial environments. The working principle of bag type air filter mainly utilizes the interception and adsorption effects of filter bags. When dusty gas passes through the filter bag, large particles of dust are intercepted on the surface of the filter bag, while small particles of dust are adsorbed inside the filter bag. As the filtration process progresses, the dust on the surface of the filter bag gradually increases, forming a layer of dust. This dust layer can not only further intercept and adsorb dust, but also improve the filtration efficiency of the filter bag.
